Joe Kim

President & CEO

Joe Kim is the President & CEO of Sumo Logic, with over two decades of operating executive experience in the application, infrastructure, and security industries. He is passionate about helping customers address complex challenges through the delivery of powerful and efficient technologies and innovations.

Before joining Sumo Logic, Joe was a senior operating partner for Francisco Partners Consulting (FPC), assisting in deal thesis, assessing product-market-fit and technology readiness, and helping portfolio companies create value for customers and shareholders through advisory, board, and mentorship activities. Prior to FPC, Joe served as the chief technology and product officer at Citrix, where he was responsible for strategy, development, and delivery of the company’s $3.2B portfolio of products. Joe has held other senior executive roles at SolarWinds, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and General Electric. Joe currently serves on the Board of Directors of SmartBear and Andela. Joe holds a B.S. in Computer Science, Criminology and Law studies from Marquette University. During his spare time, Joe enjoys spending time with his family.

Lyndsey Filantres

SVP of Growth

As the Senior Vice President of Growth, Lyndsey is responsible for our velocity growth strategy. With her extensive background in strategic and operational marketing, she is passionate about enhancing the ability of sales and marketing organizations to accelerate customer acquisition and expansion through effective go-to-market strategies.

With over two decades of experience in marketing, brand management, and product-led growth, Lyndsey's background includes her recent role as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Accolade, Inc., where over the years, she served as a leader in the Demand, Operations, Communications, and Brand functions. Her career spans key positions at GitHub, New Relic, Avalara, and SAP Concur, showcasing her expertise in digital marketing, growth, brand management, and demand generation.

Lyndsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master's in Teaching with a specialization in Secondary Education, both from the University of Washington. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her 5-year-old daughter at the park, gardening, swimming, and traveling.

Paris Georgallis

Chief Customer Officer

Paris Georgallis is the Chief Customer Officer for Sumo Logic where he leads a world-class customer success, support, professional services and education organization, and is responsible for driving cross-functional focus on customer outcomes, value, and experiences.

A veteran technology executive with nearly 30 years of experience, Paris has a proven track record in driving significant business growth and innovation across multiple technologies and industries. He most recently came from Sysdig where he built, scaled and led the customer success, support and professional services teams. Under his leadership, Sysdig’s customer engineering organization became an integral component of the customer lifecycle.

Prior to Sysdig, Paris scaled the customer success organization at AppDynamics and the professional services organization at Databricks. He has deep experience across IT, Cloud, IaaS/PaaS, SaaS, APM, Big Data, ML/AI, and Security and has held customer leadership roles at Citibank, Merk, Pepsi, Lumen, EMC and RMS Moody’s, where he has grown customer-facing organizations across the globe. Paris holds a dual major bachelor’s degree in Information Studies and Geography from Syracuse University.

Stewart Grierson

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Stewart leads our finance, IT, security, and facilities organizations. Stewart has been leading finance and operations teams for public and private technology companies for more than 25 years.

Stewart joined Sumo Logic from Delphix, a leader in DevOps software, where he served as CFO. In addition, Stewart previously spent 8 years as CFO at ArcSight, the first generation SIEM leader. He also serves on the audit committee and board for Anomali and was previously audit committee chair for Ruckus Wireless. Earlier in his career, Stewart worked at KPMG and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from McGill University. He has lived in the San Francisco Bay area for the past 25 years with his wife and three children and loves to travel but considers Vermont his true home.

Todd Hanna

Chief Legal Officer

Todd Hanna is the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of Sumo Logic. In his role, Todd is responsible for leading the company’s global legal organization, managing all legal affairs, directing the corporate, commercial, employment, intellectual property, real estate and compliance functions, and acting as a strategic partner to the board of directors, executive leadership team and all business units. Todd is passionate about modernizing the legal function to generate efficiency and enhance both internal client and external customer experiences.

Todd has more than two decades of experience leading, maturing and scaling legal organizations of B2B technology companies. Todd has held legal leadership roles at Akibia, VCE (a former Dell/EMC federation company), and Sovos Compliance. Most recently, Todd was Senior Operating Advisor & Legal Counsel of Francisco Partners Consulting (FPC), the consulting team of Francisco Partners, a leading private equity firm, focused on portfolio company law department management and process improvement as well as serving as interim general counsel of numerous FP portfolio companies.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University and a Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University. Todd lives in Massachusetts with his wife and two kids and is an avid Boston sports fan.

Sophie Kitson

Chief Human Resources Officer

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Sophie is responsible for our global people strategy and operations, from developing and retaining world-class talent, fostering a deep commitment to inclusion, diversity, and equality, and ensuring we deliver engaging and career-defining experiences for our people.

Sophie has almost 30 years of experience in the technology sector, starting with a decade at Accenture where she was a developer and client-facing consultant. Her passion for enabling people to thrive and excel took her to people-focused roles throughout her career, at large public companies and high-growth startups where she led people strategies that focused on employee opportunity, impact, and growth. She has a deep commitment to culture, operational maturity, and core values that enable organizations to be both stewards of employee success and business-focused performance. Prior to joining Sumo Logic, Sophie was senior vice president of people at PagerDuty, where she successfully helped the company scale from a start-up to a global, high-performing SaaS business, primed for success in the public markets. Sophie has also held global executive and management roles at Mercury Interactive, Juniper Square, Nimsoft, and Salesforce.com. Sophie holds a joint honors B.A. in Politics and History from the University of York in the United Kingdom. Sophie enjoys kayaking, hiking, cooking and hanging out with her husband, five sons, and three dogs.

Jennifer McCord

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Jennifer McCord leads strategic finance, financial planning and analysis, accounting, and investor relations. Prior to becoming our CFO, Jennifer held various positions at Sumo including senior vice president, finance, and chief accounting officer. Jennifer brings over 20 years of finance experience at technology companies ranging from VC-backed start-ups to public companies, including high-growth pre-IPO organizations.

Jennifer joined Sumo Logic from Duo Security, where she served as vice president, corporate controller, until Duo’s acquisition by Cisco Systems. Before Duo, Jennifer held various positions at Apttus, GoFundMe, Guidewire, Centrify, and Oracle. Earlier in her career, Jennifer worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University. Jennifer enjoys traveling, all things Disney, and watching hockey with her husband and 2 daughters.

Tej Redkar

Chief Product Officer

As Chief Product Officer, Tej leads the engineering, SaaS operations, product management, and AI teams. Tej has been building enterprise software products for more than 25 years.

Throughout his career, Tej has run engineering and product functions in industry-leading organizations such as Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, Jive, AppDynamics, and LogicMonitor. Tej brings the right balance of business and deep technical expertise to any executive team to drive mentorship, strategy, planning and execution to benefit the overall business. Tej holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Pune, a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin. During his spare time, Tej plays music, codes, and spends time with family and pets.

Russell Rosa

Chief Revenue Officer

Russell Rosa is the Chief Revenue Officer for Sumo Logic. He is responsible for leading the global sales organization including the partner and sales enablement teams, to drive revenue in one of the fastest-growing markets in the technology space. Russell’s expertise lies in building and empowering high-performing and collaborative teams that deliver value to customers and partners, and is passionate about creating positive customer outcomes to help them achieve their business goals.

With over 25 years of sales and channel leadership experience, Rosa has developed a strong expertise in cybersecurity and cloud solutions. Prior to taking on the Chief Revenue Officer role, he was Sumo Logic’s Senior Vice President of America Sales where he led the enterprise and public sector sales teams across North America, Canada and Latin America. He has also held enterprise sales leadership roles at Cisco, Actifio, and VCE, a joint venture between VMware, Cisco and EMC.

Russell has a BSBA and an MBA from Suffolk University. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and five children and is a die-hard Boston sports fan.

Liz Shulof

Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer at Sumo Logic, Liz Shulof is responsible for our global brand and marketing strategy. She is passionate about amplifying Sumo Logic as a leader in the security and observability markets, and collaborating with our customers, partners, and employees to create an exceptional brand experience.

Liz brings more than two decades of developing and managing strategic and marketing initiatives for B2B technology companies. She most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer at BeyondTrust, where she led the global Marketing and Sales Development strategy and programs. Prior to BeyondTrust, Liz served as Vice President at Greenough Communications, where she managed public relations programs for various technology companies, including Quest Software, Numara Software, and IGEL Technology. Previously, she spent more than five years in strategy and technology consulting with Accenture. Liz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Purdue University.
